About Us
The Sports Council of Pakistan (SCP) plays a pivotal role in shaping and advancing the sports landscape in the country. As a country with a rich sporting history, Pakistan has produced some of the finest sportspersons in the world, but the importance of sports goes beyond just individual achievements. Sports can bring people together, promote cultural exchange, and instill a sense of pride and accomplishment.
This is where the Sports Council of Pakistan (SCP) comes in. SCP is an independent, legitimate and a non-profit organization that works tirelessly to promote traditional & non-traditional sports in Pakistan and empower young athletes.

Carrom
Carrom, a cherished game rooted in the rich tapestry of India and Southeast Asia, has woven its way into the hearts of players across the globe over the last century. Despite the presence of international and national federations, the game thrives on its diverse rulebook, adapting to the nuances of local traditions and competitive spirits. Adopting a simplified set of rules inspired by the UK Carrom Club, the essence of Carrom is captured in the harmony of skill and simplicity.
At the heart of the game lies the Carrom board: a square, polished wooden canvas measuring around 72 to 74cm, elevated 60 to 70cm from the ground.
